Postmodernism is the belief that everything is under one's own control. And that all people are the same, Everything is possible, bro! Everything is your own fault!
All these forces are out of one's control; your parents, your upbringing, your genetics, your environment , your school, your peers , your neighbors, your family, etc. You can't change any of that.
Postmodernism says that; all people start with the same chances. If one is successful, well, it's because he is just better and greater than you, you are just lazy, but if you tried, you could become him.
This belief is dangerous because it makes people believe that their suffering is completely their own fault. A 10-year-old child will believe it is his fault that he is a loser who gets bullied, but ofc it is the fault of his neglectful parents and his genetics!
