Warning! The posts are very violent and, as expected, quite racist. This was the same week he had emailed a gun club in New Zealand expressing interest and saying he would move there.
The Royal Commission has a part where it analyzes Tarrant's claim in his manifesto that New Zealand was not his initial target, and believed that it probably wasn't true. I think this shows that that probably *was* true: I think he had some completely insane harebrained plan as expressed in these posts and then he realized that NZ was probably a more realistic target.
I find it fascinating how utterly unhinged he is in this thread specifically. Other 4chan posts before this were racist and condoning of terrorism, but he at least seemed to have... something of a handle on things. Not here. His manifesto appears to be somewhat toned down from what he actually believes. He threatens to murder someone's entire family, people's children, and to rape someone's sister. He's very much a fantasist type so how much of this was real to him is up for debate but it is odd.
And then he just resumes mostly normal posts talking about traveling.
A lot of the other people in the thread are like "wtf dude why are you so angry", even beyond the obvious disagreement. Or, alternatively "why the fuck does an Australian care so much about this"
