A bad case of kyphosis here, his stomach is flared, i can also notice a bit of a swayback down there

How would you rate this case?

I would've said that's you talking in 3rd person but I saw it as a reddit post. Probably a 7 Bad, looks like text neck and somewhat flared, doesn't look like a case of kyphosis at all
