Can anyone on this forum show me a picture of someone with PERFECT posture and forward growth?
-neck perpendicular to the ground
-no unnatural spinal curve/ rounding of shoulders
-Chin parallel to the pavement
-forward growth
Left is with out perfect posture right is with "perfect" posture

Posture is cope till I see both.

JFL, chin tuck is not perfect posture. Your head should be slightly forward as neck vertebrae does not connect dead centre to the bottom of the skull

IRL. Most people move, and don't tuck chin in all the time.
So, it shows.
