I know that posture and breathing can't change bone, and I know there is hundreds of articles on what it claims to do. But I want to know, has anyone actually seen growth in their facial appearance attributed to posture, I want to know if there is an anyone out there, who did a sort of "independent variable" on posture and breathing techniques. Even if, is the ROI even good? Are assymetries in the face truly fixable by just fixing your feet and spine? And most importantly at what age does fixing posture give you no ROI in the facial structure. If anyone has seen differences most attributed to posture (optimally same lm strats as before, but with just a change in posture) if so, should I go into the rabbit hole of posture and "correct" breathing through diaphgram or should I just wait until im 16 and pin.
