Posture (duck posture)

Been gaming since I was young, posture is ass, now I have a severe anterior pelvic tilt. It makes me look uncanny and weird in pictures.

How do I actually fix this, and within what time frame would I be able to do so.

I had the same problem all the way to my seniors until I had enough of people mentioning it so I told one of my friends to always insult me for it whenever he was around.. that ended up manipulating my head into fixing it everytime until I can do it without, also idk if this is one of the reason but I trained my spine my hanging pullups and posterior deltoid (back of your shoulder) idk tho.
