Your posture determines your skulls orientation in reference to your own body as well as the direction of gravity, modern people have overactive upper traps, ridiculously weak lower trap and back muscles, as well as underactive neck flexors which cause individuals to go into forward head positions.


Do you really think you can hold the 3 inch+ foward position for DECADES and turn out the same as someone who never developed that postural habit?

Interesting concept perhaps for people with airway restriction but there is no way just having this in your mouth causes you naturally activate the right muscles for your spinal alignment lol.

With recession you will never have good posture so combining starecta with ALF is the only way to fix posture

A lot of people have the airway size to dramatically correct their posture though, I understand it would be different for the more unfortunate cases but still most people are very far from their maximum.
