Your posture determines your skulls orientation in reference to your own body as well as the direction of gravity, modern people have overactive upper traps, ridiculously weak lower trap and back muscles, as well as underactive neck flexors which cause individuals to go into forward head positions.
Do you really think you can hold the 3 inch+ foward position for DECADES and turn out the same as someone who never developed that postural habit?
