Posture maxing

i’ve heard a lot of people talk about how they’ve gained like 1-3cm of height just by fixing posture. I woul like to do that too but there’s so many different kinds of stretches and methods on the internet to fix posture that i don’t really know what i should really do.
If someone who has experience with this could tell me some simple exrecises / habits that actually help i would appreciate this. Can also link youtube videos etc.

There are many different exercises and stretches because they solve different posture issues. Assess what part of your posture is fucked and google how to fix it. Also don't expect to gain 1-3 cm lmao. That figure is for people whose posture is severely suboptimal.

if you've got spine problems go to a orthopaedist if you dont then it's cope
