Posture when measuring height?

When measuring height, are you meant to just stand straight, or flex your neck/try and stretch to as tall as possible?

This could be the difference between me claiming exactly to the inch, or rounding up like a subhuman

Barefoot on straight flood, stand straight and stretch as tall as you can, ofc not on your tippy toes. Also Measuring must be after 8 hours of bed or Larp

Measuring 7-8 hours after getting up is best

Its not exactly Rocket surgery and being 5'11.5 or 6ft doesnt change anything except The coping inside your head
