Ever thought why some niggas look so fucking tall?
Well, there is a reason for that, proper posture
The nigga on the left could very well gain 1 to 2 inches by fixing his ahh posture.

Having a perfect posture is like bare minimum standards to call yourself a real man IMO. And yeah you get it naturally just from lifting weights and training your whole body pretty much by default.. I never have to think about my posture because it is perfect always lol.

I do gym 2 times and swimming 3 times

Lifting weights and training doesn't exscly give it, it's specific training plus you need to move your bones into place(it's not just muscular, some people's posture is horrible)
