my posture isnt very good either LOL. the biggest thing that helped me was getting rid of the comforter on my bed. make sure youre sleeping properly and if you REALLY want you can sleep on the floor. also dont sleep with many pillows / a pillow thats too high

and how do i fix it

go to a physio, chiropracters are shit,

sleep with only 1 pillow
sleep either on back or alternating side
get a reminder app or timer to not slouch whilst sitting every hour or so
chin tucks and neck curls for good neck posture
always stand and sit up straight
dont have forward neck posture it looks horrible
stand up and walk around alot

just bro get sleep your back streches and gains 1cm and then improve like head posture and like be like line
