How can I keep my head, neck and shoulders upright during the day? As well as the tongue.

Ik, but how can I do it lying down/sitting/standing? Without exercising bad posture, I don't have a forward neck or spinal problems, but I also don't have good posture all day and I want to improve this.
 
And be conscious of your mewing.
About the Mewing, it's difficult for me to put the posterior third to the palate (ig), I've followed this tutorial:



and I feel that I only place the middle forward and the lower third I can't place it on the palate at all.
