We all know posture is extremely important for well developed facial features.

My question is what age would it be futile to fix your posture, can fixing your posture still help with your face in your late teens? (17-18)

Good answer gets solution bhai.

Posturemaxxing is only worth starting in the womb.

Posture is always important and changes appearance at any age.

Also you can't give solutions on threads that aren't questions

fix ur posture asap it doesn't matter if you will see facial changes or not its still important

Posture doesn't matter, just don't remove wisdom teeth

It's not "futile" no matter what age you are, even if ur a 35 yr old truecel fixing your posture is still extremely important for health and digestion and all that, although it won't really help ur development much at that point.

U shouldn't even need to ask this, just fix your posture anyway because it's universally a good idea, and if it helps ur face it helps but if it doesn't there's still a ton of other benefits to reap

There's not much too it, just look into what posture works best for you and be mindful about it throughout the day. For me though my neck was a particular issue, but everyone has flaws in their posture, it's really just a you specific thing but it's not hard to rectify
