Want to use potassium citrate, alongside a water fast for like 48 hours (continued calorie deficit and sodiumflush) so I can just debloat.
My potassium citrate is 1380mg per pill (then says of which active potassium: 500mg)
and then says Vitamin C- (same pill) - 80mg
I want to debloat pretty quick, got some events next week (im not a fat fuck, a week is enough).
How much pills do I take per day for this one week debloat (although it says take 2 per day, i js wanna know for the 1 week) - was thinking 3/4
