I recently picked up a bottle of Nature Made Potassium Gluconate and it seems like it won’t do anything. It says only 90mg per pill and I’m only “supposed” to take 1 a day. Can I take more or is it not advices because of the 84% filler?

U shouldve gotten citrate. it tells u the elemental potassium too

Bro google is free. Citrate absorbs better and has more elemental per gram
Gluconate absorbs fine. And who cares if it’s got more per gram? Just take more then. The main concern with potassium supplementation is damage to the intestines, not the amount of powder you have to take
