potassium salt is the best debloat option through potassium pathway.
I take mine as shots cuz it taste ass but just a quick shot of 1-2g potassium easy asf.
Most potassium pills are just low iq with only 90mg per pill on average and cost 10x than just the salt.
coconut water isn't good at all for debloating through potassium as it also has carbs, its only good for casual hydration.
If you wanna look your best for a specific day load up on potassium shots 1-2 days before that day and eat low carbs for those days.
-Low carbs
-low sodium
-3-5 litters water. (not chugging make sure its evenly spaced out through out the day)
-Potassium shots through out the day (not alot at once). 1g shots 3-5x a day.
Your kidneys can only process so much potassium and water at once. Make sure everything is consistent.
This isn't sustainable for daily use ofc. Especially if you workout, but for occasions it works well.
Optional, It works really well but this post is just about potassium for debloating but you could also sweat alot from any method.
(sauna/hot bath are perfect. Or low intensity cardio for minimal cortisol and you also wanna burn off extra glycogen if you ate more carbs)
High intensity cardio works but counters itself from alot from cortisol that increases water retention.
