Same shit tbh.All forms of potassium whether ingested via foods or dietary supplements, process sodium out of your system,leaving you less bloated relatively quickly with a half-life of 7 hours(which means it'll stay within the body for 14 hours).Albeit the iodide form has shown a 96.4% bioavailability which is somewhat more active than citrate at around 90%,they still concluded that not any form of potassium is better than the others.


Try combining potassium intake with fasting,reduced carb/sodium consumption or some diuretic like furosemide if you need immediate result.
