a cup of raisins which Is like 60 gram has:

322–360 mg of potassium

This is based on the average potassium content of raisins, which is about 750–800 mg per 100 grams. Here's the math:

  • 750 mg/100g × 60g = 450 mg
  • But depending on the brand and processing, the actual content is usually a bit lower due to moisture and sugar variations.
So a safe estimate is:

  • ~322–360 mg of potassium in 60 grams of raisins.

60g of raisins are also extremely easy to eat, more potassium and the best tasting snack to debloat.

a human needs 4k mg, so youd need 600~ grams of raisans every day. and unless ur a beaver or some shit its better to get ur potassium from other sources
