1. one boiled potato - 80-150 cals max
2. potassium - gives fucking 900-1000mg potassium !! - ultimate debloat

it supports brain function - this makes it even better for us studycels, now my parents wont keep saying i need to "get disciplined"
when i was on carnviore, ofc it was fucking so fucking hard to focus, almost impossible. but this thing will help me a lot

why do these "carnivores" like faceiq dont preach carbs. do they think all of us are unemployed like goatis? 2 boiled potatoes are fucking kings

u cant lose weight just by "calorie in and out"

so eating potatoes everyday and spiking your insulin daily is prob not a good idea?

its just that too much pressure from studies and shit... carnivore aint sustaining

studying and losing weight IS ONE OF THE HARDEST SHIT EVER

like i am already pretty lean around 14-15%

but i want to take things to the next level and want minimum face fat, get down to 10% bf

yea i am around 15 rn too been bulking up for the winter gonna cut down before summer

i always just count my calories do around -100 of mainentance and like 30-60min cardio and gym 4x a week, also walking everyday 5-10k steps
 
Look in to tomatopaste btw. Potatoes are good potassium source, but tomatopaste is even better with tons of lycopene so you get a nice red undertone

Thats because its mostly glucose. Anything high in glucose with less fiber and starch will appear to have a high GI.
Im 99% sure rice and white bread are worse offenders and im only saying its not that bad in contrast to them

Table sugar is 50% glucose 50% fructose and fructose is just straight up toxic for insulin sensitivity and quickly acculumates as liver fat while glucose is taken up by all your other tissues IE muscle

And even if you believe vegetables are bad for you, it doesnt apply because tomatoes are technically a fruit, particularlly berries but culturally thought of as a vegetables cause of their lack of sweetness

primal stuff is bait for the newly depressed. ofcourse it helps people who have gone way too far the other side, but going too far primal doesnt help as well. we have developed a prefrontal cortex for a reason. ofcourse there are many drawbacks, but i think with proper planning, management and experience, we can live pretty decent lives.
