Potential Alternative to Leg Lengthening Surgery: Alex Kikel’s Height Maxing Protocol

Been looking into height maxing options pretty seriously, and I came across Alex Kikel’s protocol. He claims it might be possible to gain legit height without going through brutal leg lengthening surgery.





Here’s the deal:

• He’s running a protocol that supposedly promotes height growth in adults.
• I asked him about cost and he said $5–10k total. Compared to leg lengthening ($80–100k+ and a year of recovery), that’s nothing.
• If it actually works and I could even get 1–2 inches, that’s all I really need at 5’10”. That alone would completely change the game for me.

So my question to the board:

• Could this actually be the future of height maxing?
• Has anyone here tried or seen results from Kikel’s protocol?
• Is there any data or real evidence behind it, or is this just another pipe dream?

If this works, it could literally save people from the nightmare of leg lengthening. Curious what you all think.

wont work, the only alternative to lls would be injecting dermal fillers into the fat pads of your feet to get 1-2 cm. Or I guess fat grafting is a theory in the same spot

I’ve heard those have causes infections and stuff, not worth it. LLS it might have to be. I’ve seen vids of people walking normally 6 months post op. After dealing with an acl/meniscus tear rehab, 6 months of rehab to come out 3” taller is 100% fucking worth it when you’re under 6’

I'm seeing KY and BMP which are promising but IDK if they would work for adults. Regardless paying that much money upfront doesn't seem to be worth it, though could be nice to see the video

could cause orthopedic issues because of your new balance on your feet, and think of how much you walk, theyd have to be really durable

I’m going to be getting a hair transplant soon to lower my hairline, probably February/march. And then, jaw/chin implants (potentially bimax) and a rhinoplasty summer 2026 with Dr Valerio Ramieri and Dr Tito Marianetti. After that, I’ll be getting veneers, canthoplasty, keratopigmentation, and I’ll be looking into the height protocol then. Either way, ill
