definitely need to bulk, you look pretty skinny just off the first photo of your neck

mltn right now with great potential, possible high of lhtn, anything higher would be dependent on surgery or height.

like I said however, lip filler will likely balance your mid face ratio which'll overtake the facio overall

Not much can be done to your nose naturally other than icing or daily massages to the area, which only show minor results

You look young so you'll probably gain more prominence in the face that overshadows the nose, especially since you're looksmaxxing

If inflammation is the reason for why your nose looks so big, then it might be helpful

Again, you should probably talk to a doctor if you are going to use hydrocortisone, especially if you dont use the cream

At your age if you dont have any access to any sort of drugs/surgeries, just grow your hair out a bit longer you look like a rectangle with short hair
