Potential contradiction in megathread.

As you read above, I believe I have found 2 opposite opinions regarding a lookmaxxing subject in a singular megathread. The megathread is found under best of the best and is called "Good Threads You Might've Missed [MEGATHREAD]". Under Craniology -> Bonesmashing, the PDF includes information regarding bonesmashing the chin. However under Other Facial Features (Forehead, Cheekbones, Nose, etc.) -> Bonesmashing, the author of the softmaxxing guide wrote that bonesmashing the chin is not optimal because of x, y and z. I would appreciate if anyone could tell me how one should think when facing a similar situation.
