So I’m pretty sick and my nose is completely blocked 
That means that last night I was only mouth breathing, which made my submandibular glands really swollen in the morning. I’ve had this problem before. I just chugged 1L of water, and in less than 10 minutes they literally disappeared.
This might not work for everyone tho since swollen submandibular glands can depend on different factors.
