Potential for growing my beard to hide my weak/recessed lower third? I'm 1 month into dermarolling/min. I really don't want to be a neckbeard.

Yeah I'm working on that right now. I've never really been lean before, the lightest I've been was like 18%bf a few years ago. I'm following Paleo Plus diet and walking 10k steps daily now, hoping to hit 12%bf by next year March/April

Minox and dermarolling definitely work for beard-frauding a recessed jaw, just keep doing it to density the cheeks so it doesn't look like a neckbeard

Yeah I've been dermarolling the cheeks as well. Real talk though, I have one part on my cheek that feels fucking baby-smooth. I've been getting a BIT of stubble there the past 2-3 days so here's hoping
