Brutal advice? Stop using shit ass angles, filters and squinting. Currently you are LTN-HLTN but could reach MTN-HMTN via surgeries maybe higher but who knows.

hltn prob im trying to get a palate expander which would create illusion of wider lips and it could POTENTIALLY fix some asymmetry but idk
