I'm 5'8 at 14 my mom is 5'7 dad is 5'11. What is my potential height and how do I maximize it?

Probably around 6,2-6,4.

Sleep a lot and get adequate nutrition.

Nobody knows. Check the state of ur growth plates and ask the doctor
