Hello whomever comes across this, I'm seeking advice.
I am 15 y/o in tanner stage 3(?), mother is 5'6 father is 6'0.
I am currently 5'5 1/2 barefoot. I have a BMI of 14, and I have stayed within 99lb-103lbs (45.3kg) for the past 8 months. Barely getting food in my system. I've injected 2 cycles of CJC no DAC + ipamorelin (IM) in January, and I have not gained any height since. It didn't even help me with my appetite. Underfueling? Genetic malfunction? Or am I just impatient?
I'm in freshman year of HS and I get towered over. Truly brutal. I've been asked if I was the "little brother" to my 5'9 high dimo friend over 5 times now. Am I gaining weight too little within that timeframe? Should I consult a doctor to get my IGF-1 levels measured?
Another factor is that my female humanoid of a mother (father went to get milk) has the audacity to crash out over me eating her food (she is poor) while I'm getting MAYBE 1k calories a day (if I'm lucky), like woman I feel like a DNB :lul:.
Do I 🥷ggamaxx and steal produce from large industries? Or do I accelerate to the nearest CVS and rob it???
Seriously tho. How over is it :owo: order rope??? jk I'm to stoic to rope. Advice would help. Considering TRT, inform me boyos.

You are most certainly malnourished, 1k calories even at your height and age is not nearly enough.

What foods do you eat when you do, if I may ask? I can offer advice for what and how much to eat if you would like

Intake calcium and protein. Milk (a2 or raw), grass-fed beef, pasture-raised eggs, fish, and avocados.

Honest opinion, you may or may not care for your mother but call CPS. she's screwing you long-term and not feeding you

If he can afford internet connection, a phone, or computer, he can certainly do this.

To be honest that is good food for sure, but here is some improvements for you to help you.

You should obviously consume 2.5k+ calories a day. As you said before ya'll are tight on money, here are some (at least to my knowledge) cheaper foods you can eat up.

You should continue eating your eggs and drinking up whole or raw grass-fed A2 milk, as well as eating 50g organs a day too, try and do liver or kidney/heart as they have so much nutrients, but organs are very cheap and amazing for you; eating raw is also good but searing is fine if it is in some butter or tallow. You should also eat cheese as well, and full-fat Greek yogurt if you can as those are good higher calorie options too.

You should also try 100% peanut butter, as it is very high calorie and has a fair-ish macronutrients, although do space this at least 2 hours before and after any meals with nutrients in them as certain compounds in nut butters can act as antinutrients to them, so watch out. You can have this with jam in a sandwich which is what I do. Also eat fish, fruits, and lots of milk which you are doing already.

If you can afford, cuz beef is holy expensive nowadays, get 200g grass-fed beef meat everyday too, very good for you but it is fairly easy to go by without as long as you have organs to eat.

With this it should be a bit easier to eat better, hope this helps you out.
