Ok look so far your Lower Third seems to be heavily lacking, U can do BSSO but I personally think its a bit too over-the-job, U can do Wrap-Around Mandibular Implants and Genio (Which is what i suspect Linoob did, check him out on tiktok), Rhino obviously, Zygomatic Implants could help ect.
