Potential Lefort 2 + Lip reduction candidate?

Been looking at custom lefort 2 as my forward growth is abysmal as well as looking if my lips are too overly large due to recession or just too big?

Also here is normal photos on below i'll post, i get rated subhuman pretty often here and would wanna know why from outside perspective

Yea you're in a big need for lefort 2 that maxilla is hella receded and get braces

You need braces, lefort 2,bimax, gonial implants and from that side profile maybe chin implants as well

Damon braces i've been looking at for, i'm not sure the process is with bimax (well i dont need bimax again since it'll be the lefort II version of it, i've been researching and a few surgeons do it but at a price so i'll have to wait 6 years till im around by that time i'll be 22 and graduated maybe earlier I have some things i've been doing) Don't osteotomies work better than im plants for the jaw also? Getting a genio instead of an implant?

It much safer to get implants than osteotomies since it much common and don't confuse gonio plasty with gonial implants I'm talking about the surgery that fixes your gonial angle and gives you extra ramus length but for now focus on getting braces bec the teeth are really dropping your rating,your front profile is good until your smile and your side profile isn't the best

i hope you do understand that one never truly fully recovers from this type of surgery. if i were you i would fix the malocclusion first then see what changes come to the face with it.

He doesn't need it anyway. You only do lefort if your nasion is recessed in reference to your eyes. Depends on what you want. His nose is more projected than chicos anyway, so he should address something else. When it comes to lower third issues, might be tricky to find exactly what to do for the lips to sit properly around teeth, maybe some dental decompensation, and find the perfect advancement for him, etc. But definitely, if your deformities are in the lower third, you are blessed to only need surgeries that are now a routine and way less invasive, like bsso and lefort 1, and implants. Personally, I think 75% of the struggle is to analyse, find exactly the measurements and changes needed. Then, it's only a few months of a bit of discomfort after surgery.
