Potential Long-term effects on Hydrocortisone

I know that hydrocortisone can increase cortisole and im prepared to deal with that but are there any other lasting severe side effects?
If i were to use hydrocortisone for a couple of years long term would it have any severe health concerns?
I'm also curious about how permanen the effects would be after a long period of time like 1 year after continous use
