I was also underweight but I just ate larger portions of my meals and I worked out at the same time and I gained 20LB in 3 months of mostly muscle, my genetics and the fact that I was in peak puberty at the time might have assisted it, but that's what I did. Just eat more

first off sub 5 means less than 5 psl which is anything hmtn or lower. hard to truthfully rate without an unfrauded side profile. your average looking at best so mtn. UEAE and recessed mandible are definitely your weak points, at 15 you still have potential, bones don't mature until early 20s.
