If u loose weight maybe, but if u loose weight and still have a "full" chin u could use fat removal, rn u a low ltn u can posslibe be a lmtn-mmtn with other stuff imo

like a fat under chin, sorry for misunderstandment, but this, if you can get your under chin from being full/fat to slimmer and you can be a LMtn, since your eye area is semi good with a nice nose and lips, although your front of your chin isnt aligned with your nose (maxilla) IMO
