Ive recently copied a stack that supports the inhibition/reduction of melanin production obviously the intention of this stack is to naturally create lighter features on an individual that of course being: skin, hair and (eye color) <-- maybe
However I have recently stumbled upon a problem when it comes to this. Many people on this forum including myself, have a meat and animal based diet. What I have discovered from this is that many red meats (especially beef liver) and eggs produce L-tryosine, when produced L-tryosine acts as a precursor for melanin synthesis which will then obviously increase melanin production and counteract the lightning process.

Now I know that most people on here including myself would certainly not want to just eat fruits and white meat all day so what is the solution for something like this and how can it be counteracted?

If anyone here has knowledge on this subject please feel free to leave advice or a solution

you’re overthinking the tyrosine part. Your body regulates tyrosine tightly, and eating beef/eggs isn’t gonna automatically translate into more melanin production. Never cut out nutritious animal foods just because they contain tyrosine. And try to think about it from the opposite way, if the goal is actually reducing melanin, diet alone isn’t gonna make a noticeable difference anyway, so why think it will make a difference now?

I apreciate the advice. Yeah before posting this I thought to myself that this may have been something I was overthinking. Im just thankful that I wont have to cut out animal foods for this stack to work
