potential sleep apnea

started suspecting I had sleep apnea so I got an app to record my sleep, when listening to the recordings there are moments where I gasp for air, snore, and have irregular breathing patterns. waiting to be referred rn.

That's actually my testimony to religion. I genuinely was scared when I first got sleep apnea.

It depends for me. I can sleep like a baby for eight hours but I think right now, with the current heat, if I drink alcohol, honestly last night I couldn't sleep at all

I have sleep apnea and it's brutal but it's eventual. It depends if I drink alcohol before the night or if it's too hot. I would definitely recommend getting a sleep study. It's not that much to worry about and for me having this destructive sleep actually led me to God

Well to me my friend was already big on Christianity and I wasn't a Christian then but I just found religion really interesting and really intriguing. Me and my friend could talk about religion for hours because I just had so many questions and I just found it so intriguing

Then my friend sent me a challenge just to pray for two weeks and see if something changes in my life. I said to him I wasn't sure, or I would give it a go. It's so funny because that night I literally gave my life to Christ because again it was midnight and I was getting sleep apnea for the first time. I've never heard of sleep apnea. I didn't know what was happening. I thought I was dying and I didn't know what to turn to was really scared so I thought well might as well try this praying thing. I would definitely say in that moment I definitely felt the spirit of God

Don't get me wrong, I've challenged it because this happened over two to three years now so I definitely challenged it. You know people might have chucked out the religious psychosis but I've challenged that moment over and over again to the point where I can definitely confidently say that I am able to speak to God on a daily basis. I'm very grateful.

I'm a little bit annoyed that it is back because when it did come back I thought the Lord really healed me because once I prayed to him I didn't actually have any sleep apnea for ages. I see, I hope your circumstances improve. I might try the challenge myself, I'm not particularly religious (I used to be Christian up until 2 years ago) but I do have an interest in it.
