im thinking:

- rhino for nose assymetry + better nose tip
- train neck + frame + physic
- grow hair out
- try get lower set eyebrows + long eye lashes + eye contacts to halo eyes and take away from flaws of eye area
- widen mouth
- invisaline to correct assymetrical bite -> which hopefully leads to more facial symmetry
- maybe NCR
- colouring + tan + MT2
- fix skin + eye bags
- somehow increase my strikingness / try get more striking featrues (i,e, big zygos + hollow cheeks
- debloat

i think (if i am smart and dont fuck up) i could get mid HTN + my height and everything else i may be alr (im coping))

get a chin implant which can help with ur brutal philtrum get under eye implants which will help with the under eye support get gonion and zygo implants for the hollow cheek look and maybe get some contacts to fraud blue eyes mt2 could help reduce the strikingness of the eye bags if u aint looking for too much surgery. There is certainly a base here but ur biggest problem imo is ur chin to philtrum ratio try and get surgeru for it asap buddy boyo
