I have read a alterantive to salt is pottasium chloride + it apperently does the opposite that salt does,
So i ask you is it true? Does it taste like salt/alternative to it? Does it acctualy debloat? Is there any bad thing becaue it sound too good to be true since :

yes, not exactly the same as salt, definitely debloats as it counteracts sodiums water holding effects
