It's been day three on this workout program,hopefully i can make it till the end,and able to do my first pull up.
 
Just listen to my advice. Do reverse pullups every other day till failure. Just jump on the bar and slowly go down on the bar. That should be enough to make you grow muscle and strength to do a pullup in a week or something
