So im gonna order 10g powder ibutamoren from chemicalbook.com (china) but im not sure how to consume it? Do i get gelatin capsules and 20mg small measing spoon and put 20mg into capsules or do i get 20mg and mix in water directly? Im gonna get 10g cif 70 usd (shipping to southern eu) is the price good?
