…usually at night, but it was weird anyway… like I even remember speaking up, building up every coarse aspect of my voice, and correcting them at times, and these random people would just continue yapping and ignore the fact of me being a boy?
At first, I was mad because--what they call “misgendering” now--feels bad as is, but then it kinda hit me how people are just rude to me even when they mistake this basic thing about me? Like, I have to be so ugly and unwanted that I get hit with this kind of mistreatment even when I’m not “me”? It’s quite brutal if I’m being honest.
