I want to have a pet. I dont have a lot of money. How is it like? You go to a pet shop and pay money and take it home?

I rescued 4 little kitties off the street, and now they are part of the family, its quite a work playing with them all on a daily basis but def worth it, it's a lovely experience.
You mentioned you would like sum smaller than a cat but imo 1 singular cat isnt that big of a deal
