I've got ordinary shoe lifts, but I can't wear them any reasonable length of time, and im doing heavy work on my feet all day so I cant wear myself out like that. Id like some just thick insoles or something practical, get a few extra cm. ive got wiggle room in my shoes. Any reccomendations?

Don't wear lifts if you're doing heavy work on your feet all day. They're not practical.

Buy elevator work boots instead.

solution 1:
2.4 inches elevator shoes on tallmanshoes .com (+6cm)
solution 2:
"Hogan" luxury italian sneakers (+5cm)
solution 3:
Fila "Distruptor" or Nike "air max" (the few models with serious height increase) or boots; combined with hard-material shoes lifts.
With fila Distruptor combined with hard shoe lift you will reach +5.8cm

the chinese black and red shoe lifts suck because they have a soft material. Do not buy them
