Why would it change anything in his life if girls already want to be with him. Who is clav chasing currently that is denying clav to justify this in other words or are we just chasing ghosts now ?

From what i recall u can only have 1 gf as u are 1 guy with 1 dick. Maybe the logic has changed recently in 2025 but, i dont know how more women then he can ever c in his lifetime if he were to devote his life to meeting them would being him satiety to which he can not currently with the number of women that the mind would not be able to wrap around anyways…

how do u cope with the fact that no matter how much effort you put in there will still probably be somebody out there who mogs u in one way or another, even after surgery?

thats not meant as shade or anything, i just think that its pretty much impossible to be unmoggable in every single aspect and i tend to struggle with accepting that at times.

was wondering how you deal with that, or if it even bothers u at all.

Botch rate for this surgery is wayyyy too high to justify when you’re already MHTN with no functional issues. I hope all surgeons turned him down except for giant (they’ll accept anyone jfl). TBH it would be malpractice if any US accredited surgeon took him on.

If clav gets botched he’s so mentally unstable that he’d kill himself. Botch rate for this surgery is not something to brush off, imaging being MHTN and going in for DJS then getting a non-union, permanent numbness, and having giant severe a craniofacial nerve and shit. Crazy. Fucking crazy that he’s seriously considering it.

He could be on the beach in a villa hitting the gym, low cortisol, making vids, and slaying.

Botch rate for this surgery is too high to justify if you don’t have true functional and aesthetic issues. Clav does not fit this mold at all.
