What in the living fuck has this guy done? Forget the nose. The entire facial shape has become totally fucked. He had square masculine features and some of the best harmony and he has totally turned himself into a drag-queen fag.

He is less appealing now to the opposite gender. I dont believe women are saying this on X for effect or to be a pick me.
You'll also notice his confidence has gone down on streams. Although I only catch clips, it's definitely absolutely noticeable.
The sad thing is, I truly believe he did these surgeries for largely content. May be perhaps other than the nose, but even that was driven by content, to some extent. As well as just "sticking to your word".
