before i go in for my procedures, im gonna meditate on the image of my oneitis for 30 minutes. this will make me go through with it and not pussy out the last second. when u meditate, u use the breath as a focal point (or a mantra), I will use my oneitis. So any thoughts that are not about my oneitis will not be acknowledged.
