i heard its good for you but its hard to stay consistent since im used to chewing food in the back of my mouth


so could someone tell me 1. the benefits of even doing this
and 2. how long it'll take for me to get used to it

it is beneficial. always chew forward and using the incisors, it encourages a forward stature. most people consume food without directly controlling the mechanical digestion that occurs. its a matter of exercising and applying discipline to the components of the body. providing a reason, a provocation to develop

you can grew your masseters but tbh its better to chew on incisors

incisors will give you more forward growth chewing on premorals isn't bad tho

this is infact cope, not gonna do anything

but I guess you don't lose out on much if you try it, so might aswell
ok i'll chew gum on insicisors, both sides of premolars, and the back to maybe have a chance at getting growth on the massaters, maxilla, and mandible

interesting chewing gum wont hurt ( if u dont over do it) but dont expect any growth lol eat a good diet and sleep enough and save up for genio if I remember correctly u had a recessed chin or smth

if you were gonna chew on your insicisors youd be better off trying the towel method jfl
