Pre-molar extraction

guys ortho said i should get 4 premolars removed so i can fix my teeth flare and get braces to fix top gap and slight crookdness, im scared ts would change my facial features particulary my lips making it look flatter, idk though, ortho said it wont, Positives: straight teeth, and no gaps negatives: possible features change?
