Finally got the funds for a surgery going 
. Wondering if I should move ahead with CW bimax + Genio or Genio alone based on this 2022 ceph from when I was 21. I have a lot of soft tissue on my face and doesn't look particularly well supported with some nasiolabial folds and a visible mentolabial fold which leans me towards CW Bimax. I'm worried that CW bimax could leave my midface too long relative to the rest of my face. Definitely have SFS, no doubt about it. According to webceph, my jaws line up with my brow fine, but it doesn't seem like the soft tissue lines up well. Already had 4 wisdom teeth extracted. Should I go for implants as well?
