Before we start:
Puberty can break you or make you, I see people say late puberty is good, but it really isnt from my experience, i am making this thread to prevent and help you guys to avoid this shit happen to you.
so basicly you need good development years also pre puberty, it will have influence on puberty results and especially on your life quality and treatment.

What will happen if you enter puberty to late:
cons:
- You look like a little kid while everyone looks already grown up, so forget clubbing/slaying
- high stress, hard to keep up

pros:
- since you already found this forum, while your not in puberty yet, you got very lucky.
you will earn knowledge and you will use it in the most important development years

Since now you have the mindset you need covered, lets get in to the facts.

Now lets get in to it:
The main factors:

1. Leptin
Underweight:
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/33544961/
Underweight (low BMI) is associated with delayed pubertal development in boys, while high BMI shows no significant effect.
Why?: Low Leptin --> Low energy to start puberty and late GnRH activation
It can delay puberty by lot
Solution: lean bulk and dont stop, eat instead of 2 eggs in the morning 5 eggs, dont eat just 1 fish eat more, micronutrients ma

Overweight:
This one is sometimes even worse, its up to your genetics and to what degree your overweight, but you can also get away lucky
In this case there are two pathways it can go

A. Early Puberty
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/39567861/
Childhood overweight and obesity are modestly associated with earlier pubertal development in boys.
Decent amount of leptin --> earlier GnRH activation

B. Delayed Puberty
high aromatase → more estrogen → less effective testosterone

For overweight there many theories
solution: lean calorie Maintenance, with cardio should work, dont fuck up yourself by starving

2. High Stress
not unlikely, if you are a late bloomer because of high pressure from the social environment
A. you can accept the stress and descend from personal experience
B. you cut out the stress factors no matter what
if you have dickhead classmates repeat the year
Bad friends who stress you cut out strictly

3. More Environment Stuff
https://www.degruyterbrill.com/document/doi/10.1515/jpem-2025-0146/html
(BPA's and this sort of stuff messes with your puberty start
endocrine disrupting chemicals:

Avoid These
Why?
BPAsynthetic estrogen disrupts hormonal signaling
Shampoo parabens phthalatesmimic estrogen strongly
Oxybenzone UV filterbehaves like estrogen
Tap water pesticideshormonal interference risk
Fragrance phthalateshide endocrine disruption
Pesticide residues on fruitscan interfere with hormones

these are the most common things everyone does in his everyday life, avoid these and find alternatives

4. Genetics
Your puberty start is also pretty genetically dependent, just look at your parents photos and ask how old they were back then and compare to you.

So what should I do?
1. mTor
required for correct aging
solution: L-leucine (Whey protein best/easiest source)
Warning: dont overstimulate it

2. HGH
the earlier you start, the better, many threads on here.
this will make sure, youre getting your height potential.

3. Sun
no explanation needed, Sun is required

4. SLEEP
make a fucking timer 1 hour before you planning to go sleep, use this website to calculate when you have to go sleep for example: https://sleepopolis.com/calculators/sleep/

5. not sitting around
i dont want you to jog around everyday, get your 10k steps everyday, i know its hard for many people to do this alone, if you dont you miss out on many benefits:
https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s12020-021-02631-2
Every additional 1,000 steps/day was associated with an increase of 7 ng/dL in total testosterone.
i am not claiming if you do 300k steps you will have 2100 ng/dL more of test, but you get what i mean

6. Dieting
if you dont get your Cholesterol/Zinc/Magnesium, then you will never get the benefits
eat liver weekly, a ton of eggs, fish is a must, many diet guides on here so i dont have to go on more

What should I do when I enter puberty?
keep going. you can look out for new things but these are the basics

Conclusion
You should go for a healthy 12-15% body fat at least, often its already very late, because what you have done in the first 12 years in your life is often more important than what you do in this one year, even tho i did many of these things pre puberty, because i found this forum in the correct time and took the benefits and started living a quite good life now compared to before, if you smoke, drink alcohol and play video games all night during this time you have wasted a lot of worthy time.

I hope this is not water to you and you got some new infos(y)

I hope this is not water to you and you got some new infos(y)
nigga said break or make its make it break

pre puberty, i dont think you should do test when youre not even in puberty,

thats why i said look out for new things, when you hit puberty

my issue with this BPA shit is it triggers puberty in the wrong moment
test is allways gonna be best for puberty epecially 13-14 years old even a little before

stop worryingf about the BPA shi it wont have a noticeable effect i promise

other then that pretty good
