anyone got some good pre workout meal recomendations cause im fucking tired of bananas and rice cakes

nigger i need carbs why would i eat eggs or yoghurt
rice krispie, banana, oats, yogurt on top of rice cakes, just anything that is pretty carb dense and can fit in your calories if your cutting. If your bulking literally any carb

Are you fucking retarded? Yogurt contains carbs especially if sweetened. With eggs it’s true but eggs are still very nutrient dense

jam with bread is good, maybe some orange juice with it, avoid anything too heavy or fatty
