Just had a scoop of the “frozen popsicle” pre workout which is like 250 mg’s of caffeine it total and I can already feel my neurons supercharged. Fuck knows what other chemicals they don’t mention is put inside too.

Just stick to energy drinks like white monster or coffee

Not to mention I also had a latte which had 160 mg’s of caffeine, black tea (80 mg) so 490 mg of caffeine in total as of now

Do you not feel bloated from that many carbs?

I mean I had a McDonald’s last evening which consisted of a double quarter pounder x 9 nuggets x medium fries x mcrispy which is a little under 2k cals I believe

Just eat carbs like 1-1.5 hours before training + electrolytes

Yes I do get bloated I do not reccomend to eat it lol.

Only after a bad day then u can eat that shit and then go gym :lul:

The good thing is not having to worry about fat conversions from that excess eating since your working out

I just had to order it since I was craving it really bad did get more than enough tho

Maybe idiot is too harsh but
Side effects bro of course you're going to have tremors and be irritable on 500mg caffeine
If you were to weigh, say, 80kg, that's 6mg/kg that's quite a lot
Be careful with dosing next time

preworkout powder ingredients don't differ that much from energy drinks, and are far cheaper in the long run
